A Miami Beach native, Matt Salom was a highly regarded baseball player out of Monsignor Edward Pace High School and went on to play for the Crimson Tide at the University of Alabama.
After baseball, he built a career in business and entrepreneurship, and that experience shapes how he represents athletes today.
Matt became an agent to do more than negotiate deals. His goal is to help athletes maximize their earning potential, build their brands, and prepare for what comes after the game. Whether a player reaches the professional level or takes a different path, he wants every athlete he represents to leave sports with the relationships, knowledge, and opportunities to build a successful future.

Jason Zylstra began his college career at Jacksonville State University before transferring to the University of Alabama, and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins. A serious weightlifting accident ended his career before he had the chance to play professionally. He knows firsthand the dedication and preparation it takes to compete at that level, and how much it matters to have the right people in your corner when the next opportunity is on the line.
At MSG, Jason runs day-to-day operations and works directly with athletes and their families on the decisions that come with moving up. His focus is the whole player: mental, physical, and professional development, and the relationships that make it possible. For Jason, representing an athlete is about understanding what each player wants and doing everything he can to help them get there.
Coty Blanchard

He’s played at every level he now helps athletes reach.
Coty Blanchard was named Alabama’s Mr. Football and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2009, one of the state’s premier athletes coming out of high school. He went on to play both baseball and football at Jacksonville State University before committing to baseball, and was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles and later signed with the Tampa Bay Rays. He knows firsthand what it takes to move from the amateur ranks into professional baseball.
At MSG, Coty leads baseball operations, evaluating, developing, and guiding athletes as they pursue the next level. He still coaches travel baseball, which keeps him close to the game and to how recruiting actually works today.
That mix of competitive background, baseball knowledge, and an easy connection with players is what families lean on as they navigate the path to college and professional baseball.
