Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of majorsportsgroup.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Major Sports Group (“MSG,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site and submit an application only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you use the Site for a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2. Applying does not create a representation relationship

Submitting the Apply form, emailing us, or speaking with us is an expression of interest only. It does not make you a client of MSG, and it does not make MSG your agent, representative, or fiduciary. A representation or partnership relationship exists only when both sides sign a written agreement. Until then, MSG has no obligation to review your submission, respond, or take any action on your behalf, and you remain free to work with anyone else.

MSG does not guarantee that any athlete will receive NIL deals, endorsements, compensation, or any particular outcome, or that any brand will be matched with a particular athlete.

3. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice

The Site includes general information about name, image, and likeness (NIL) rules, including state-by-state summaries and answers to common questions. This information is provided for general education only. NIL rules are set by states, high school athletic associations, the NCAA and other governing bodies, and individual schools, and they change often. We do our best to keep the Site current, but we make no promise that any page is complete, accurate, or up to date, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, a tax professional, or your school’s compliance office. Before signing any NIL agreement, check the current rules that apply to you.

4. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree that we may contact you using the details you provide. Please do not send us confidential business information, unsolicited creative material, or sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) through the Site; we will not be responsible for its handling. Any ideas or feedback you send us about the Site or our services may be used by us without obligation to you.

5. Our content and trademarks

The Site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, photography, video, code, and the MAJOR SPORTS GROUP name and MSG logo — belong to MSG or are used under license, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from the Site, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate any person or organization, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, to collect information about other users, or to use automated tools to access the Site in bulk. We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.

7. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party websites and social platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSG and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or your reliance on any information on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MSG and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any information you submit.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises or it is permanently barred.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MSG regarding the Site. Any signed representation or partnership agreement between you and MSG will control over these Terms if they conflict.
