Privacy Policy
Last updated August 24, 2026
Major Sports Group (“MSG,” “we,” “us”) is a boutique NIL and sports representation agency based in Miami Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through majorsportsgroup.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to email or messages you exchange with us after using it. It does not cover information we collect offline, in person, or under a signed representation or partnership agreement, which will be governed by that agreement.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. The main way we collect information is when you submit our Apply form or email us. Depending on whether you apply as an athlete or as a brand, that may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- For athletes: your sport, position, school or program, competition level, graduation year, city and state, social media handles, and anything you choose to tell us about yourself
- For brands and partners: your company name, role, website, campaign goals, and budget range
- For parents or guardians submitting on behalf of a minor: your name and contact details and your relationship to the athlete
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the Site running, secure, and fast. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on the Site. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
- To review your application and decide whether to reach out about representation or a partnership
- To respond to your questions and communicate with you about MSG
- To operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations, including NIL disclosure and compliance rules that apply to agents, schools, and state athletic associations
- With your permission, to send you updates about MSG. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Student-athletes and minors
Many of the athletes we work with are in high school. We take that seriously.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, email info@majorsportsgroup.com and we will delete it.
- If you are 13 to 17, we ask that a parent or legal guardian submit the Apply form with you or on your behalf, and we will include your parent or guardian in any conversation about representation. We will not enter into an NIL representation agreement with a minor without a parent or guardian.
- We do not use information from minors for advertising, and we do not share it except as described in Section 4 below or with the athlete’s parent or guardian.
- Parents and guardians may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child’s information at any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
4. When we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (Vercel), our form email delivery service (Resend), and our email and document platform (Google Workspace). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- With your direction. Once you become a client or partner, we share information as needed to do the work you have asked us to do — for example, with a brand you are negotiating with, or with a school compliance office that requires disclosure.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MSG, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If MSG is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep application information for as long as we are actively considering or working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reapply or we need it to meet legal or compliance obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or medical information through the Site.
7. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Email info@majorsportsgroup.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Florida, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws; we will honor any request required by applicable law.
Do Not Track. The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no industry standard for them, but we also do not track you across other websites.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to our social media profiles and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
9. Visitors outside the United States
MSG operates in the United States and our services are directed to U.S. athletes and brands. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site and our business grow. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
